Aguirre was born and raised in southern California and is currently living in Manitou Springs, Colorado. Artistic influence was established at a young age, after discovering “Surrealism” and “Baroque” painters from mother’s book shelf. Inspiration to him is taken from anything with a particular mood. Most of his paintings emanate somber themes of death, decay, mystery and melancholy, mostly for a visual outcome than any kind of social statement.
